Welcome to the public consultation on University College London's updated proposals for Plots 2 and 3 at 256 Gray's Inn Road, the former Eastman Dental Hospital site.
UCL is preparing a planning application for the next phase of its Gray's Inn Road site, creating new academic facilities while carefully restoring and reusing the Grade II listed Eastman building.
Updated Proposals
Building on the planning permission granted in 2019, the updated proposals make better use of the site through additional academic space, improvements to the public realm, a new courtyard garden and stronger connections between Gray’s Inn Road and Cubbitt Street/King’s Cross Road.
